1️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScraperArmory services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these
Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).
If you do not agree,
you must immediately discontinue use.

ScraperArmory reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services after
changes constitutes acceptance.

2️⃣ Nature of the Services

ScraperArmory provides private client-side software tools for social platform data extraction
, client outreach, and audience growth automation.

• All scraping, extraction, messaging, automation, and data processing occur locally on your own device and internet connection.

• ScraperArmory does not access, control, or monitor your operational usage, extracted data, targets, or messaging content.

• All resulting data remains entirely under your control.

3️⃣ Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age

• Fully authorized to operate the accounts you connect

• Legally permitted to use automation and data extraction in your jurisdiction

You bear sole responsibility for verifying compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4️⃣ Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

• You fully acknowledge that your use of third-party platforms (Telegram, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

• is governed by their independent terms of service.

• ScraperArmory has no affiliation, partnership, or integration agreement with these platforms.

• You accept full responsibility for complying with platform rules, regulations, and community guidelines.

• ScraperArmory disclaims any liability for suspension, banning, penalties, or consequences imposed by third-party platforms.

5️⃣ User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree:

• To use the tools ethically, legally, and in accordance with relevant data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)

• To obtain proper consent where required for any outreach or messaging campaigns.

• To avoid scraping sensitive personal information without consent.

• Not to engage in spam, harassment, abuse, illegal solicitation, fraud, or impersonation via the Services.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6️⃣ Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, hack, distribute, resell, or sublicense ScraperArmory software.

• Share or resell your license credentials to unauthorized users.

• Bypass our licensing, payment, or subscription management mechanisms.

• Use ScraperArmory in any capacity for unauthorized government surveillance, harassment campaigns, or blackmail operations.

7️⃣ Subscription & Billing

• All subscription payments are processed securely via third-party processors (Stripe, Paddle, or equivalent).

• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled by the customer.

• You authorize ScraperArmory to charge recurring fees until termination.

• Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in service suspension.

No refunds will be issued for services already delivered.

8️⃣ Account Security

• You are fully responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

• ScraperArmory is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from compromised passwords, devices, or credentials.

• Multiple simultaneous logins, account sharing, or reselling is strictly prohibited unless otherwise permitted by your plan.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ScraperArmory is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

• You accept that platform bans, account suspensions, financial losses, lost contacts, damaged reputation, or

• legal consequences resulting from your

• operations are solely your responsibility.

You use these Services entirely at your own risk.

🔟 Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Services are provided "as-is" and “as-available.”

• No express or implied warranties are made regarding uptime, stability, or results.

• No promise of guaranteed outreach success, conversion rates, or income generation is made.

11️⃣ Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ScraperArmory, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners against
any claims, lawsuits, damages, or legal
costs resulting from your use or misuse of the Services.

12️⃣ Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these

• or suspected illegal activities.

• Termination for cause results in immediate loss of access without refund.

13️⃣ Intellectual Property

• All software, logos, brand assets, design, and content provided by ScraperArmory remain our

• exclusive intellectual property.

• You may not reproduce or repurpose any part of our software or branding.

14️⃣ Jurisdiction

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania.

• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Romania.
